Quality Management
EPC Enerji's Quality Unit manages processes spanning from incoming material inspection through in-process controls, system integration tests, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). Post-delivery warranty and service processes are also an integral part of the quality cycle.
6 Stages of Complete Control
All components received from suppliers undergo incoming quality control against technical specifications. Non-conforming materials are not admitted to production.
Intermediate checks are performed at each assembly stage. Wiring, soldering, and component placement are verified throughout.
Following the assembly of all modules, functional and electrical system tests are conducted to verify full system integrity.
Formal acceptance testing carried out at the factory with the participation of the customer's representative.
When required, commissioning and functional verification testing performed on-site following installation.
Post-delivery fault tracking, field intervention, and reporting within the scope of the warranty.
