Occupational Health and Safety
Another principle we prioritize is ensuring that our employees are not exposed to occupational accidents during their working lives and that the workplace environment is protected against all risks, by providing all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring its use by employees. Our employees are provided with adequate information, training, guidance, and supervision to ensure they understand workplace hazards, safe work practices, and emergency procedures.
Although we take precautions to prevent occupational accidents, all available resources will be utilized for the health of our employees in the event of an unfortunate incident.
Training
EPC is aware that the quality of its products and services will improve through the training provided to its employees. By offering orientation/adaptation training upon employment, on-the-job training during employment, and skill/talent development training for personnel, the company enhances its employees' knowledge levels in social and work environments.
Recruitment
The personnel needs arising from our company's evolving demands are met through evaluation of education, experience, and skills, without discrimination based on religion, language, gender, race, or origin. Individuals who have previously interned at our company and are known to us are given priority. Therefore, our company has adopted working with intern students, within its means, as both a social responsibility and a personnel policy. Another ethical principle in recruitment is not employing personnel under the age of 16.
