OUR ENGINEERING PROCESS
Uncompromising Engineering Quality
Every EPC Energy system undergoes a rigorous quality process, from component procurement to customer acceptance tests.
Component Conformance Check
All power semiconductors, capacitors and magnetic components are sourced exclusively from approved Tier-1 suppliers and subjected to incoming inspection testing prior to assembly.
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
Every system is tested under full load for a minimum of 8 hours before shipment. Upon request, the customer may witness the FAT process in person; a complete test report is delivered.
Thermal & Burn-In Test
All units undergo a 72-hour burn-in process under full load at elevated temperatures. Early-life failures are eliminated before delivery.
Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
EPC engineers commission the system at the customer's site. The full SAT protocol is carried out and signed jointly with the customer prior to handover.
Continuous Improvement
Field data collected from 3,000+ installations feeds the R&D cycle. Every product generation incorporates the learnings of its predecessor.
