Data Center Infrastructure (Turkey) – 24V 25A Industrial Rectifier Design and Manufacturing

The 24V 25A Industrial Rectifier commissioned in Turkey in 2019 is a compact solution designed for the critical energy infrastructure of data centers. Load distribution and the charging system are combined in a single enclosure using Single-Stage Dropper Topology.

Project Details

In this project successfully completed in 2019 in Turkey, we designed and manufactured a 24V 25A Industrial Rectifier System for the critical energy infrastructure needs of data centers.

The system is designed to deliver uninterrupted performance across a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +55°C. The Single-Stage Dropper Topology keeps the output voltage stable within ±10% tolerance limits during both float charge and battery voltage operation. Integrated distribution fuses combine load distribution and rectifier charging within a single compact enclosure, maximizing space and operational efficiency.

Design and Production of 4 units of 150kVA Inverters and Rectifiers for a High-Efficiency Power Plant (Uzbekistan)

We provided 4 complete solution sets, each with 150kVA capacity, for the projects of a large international venture with Turkish partnership, which involve engineering, procurement, and construction works for high-efficiency power plants in Uzbekistan. These sets include: a rectifier with 3x400V 50Hz input and 1600A DC output, a 230VAC-150kVA Inverter, AC and DC distribution panels, a bypass transformer, batteries, battery racks, a remote management system, spare parts, and system installation and commissioning services.
