In this project successfully completed in 2022 in Egypt, we designed and manufactured a 30kVA Industrial Static Voltage Regulator for the internal consumption (critical load) feeding infrastructure of a power plant.
Power plants must manage their own internal energy consumption in the most efficient and sustainable way. Our SVR solution, developed to protect sensitive electronic and automation systems within the plant from grid fluctuations, ensures millisecond-level precise feeding of critical equipment and minimizes failure risks caused by voltage fluctuations.
The custom-designed Maintenance Bypass (Bypass Switch) integrated into the system allows the load to be transferred seamlessly and imperceptibly from the regulator output to the grid — or vice versa — during maintenance periods. Plant operations continue safely without interruption.
