Oil & Gas Sector (Jordan) – 40kVA Multi-Cabinet Industrial UPS System Design and Manufacturing

The 40kVA Industrial UPS System commissioned in Jordan in 2025 is a fully-featured uninterruptible power solution consisting of 5 independent cabinets for the harsh conditions of the oil and gas sector. It guarantees zero interruption with parallel inverter, voltage regulator bypass and STS technologies.

Project Details

In this project commissioned in 2025 for an oil and gas facility in Jordan, we designed and manufactured a 40kVA Separate-Cabinet Industrial UPS System — a fully-featured uninterruptible power supply solution designed for heavy industrial conditions requiring high safety and continuity.

The system consists of 5 main units with separate cabinet architecture to feed critical facility loads with zero interruption and minimize failure risk:

- 1 Rectifier Cabinet
- 2 Parallel Inverter Cabinets (for redundant and balanced power sharing)
- 1 Voltage Regulator Bypass Cabinet
- 1 STS (Static Transfer Switch) Cabinet

This multi-unit independent cabinet design allows technical service teams to safely and independently carry out maintenance and repair activities on the system while continuing to feed the critical load. Parallel inverter technology maximizes load safety, while Voltage Regulator Bypass technology guarantees that the output load is fed with extreme precision without being affected by grid fluctuations, even during transitions to bypass mode.

It features redundant architecture with 26 x 4400W power modules and full electrical isolation via a 125kVA isolation transformer.

Design and Production of 4 units of 150kVA Inverters and Rectifiers for a High-Efficiency Power Plant (Uzbekistan)

We provided 4 complete solution sets, each with 150kVA capacity, for the projects of a large international venture with Turkish partnership, which involve engineering, procurement, and construction works for high-efficiency power plants in Uzbekistan. These sets include: a rectifier with 3x400V 50Hz input and 1600A DC output, a 230VAC-150kVA Inverter, AC and DC distribution panels, a bypass transformer, batteries, battery racks, a remote management system, spare parts, and system installation and commissioning services.
