The 400A Battery Cabinet and IP65 Breaker Box System commissioned in Saudi Arabia in 2025 is a custom engineering solution for the highest safety standards of the oil and gas sector. It ensures maximum fire and arc safety under desert conditions.

Project Details

In this project successfully completed in 2025 in Saudi Arabia, we designed and manufactured a 400A Battery Cabinet and Battery Breaker Box System compliant with the highest safety and sealing standards of the oil and gas sector.

Energy storage areas in oil and gas facilities are among the most critical zones due to the risk of explosive and corrosive gases. The battery rooms and the external breaker box with IP65 protection class prevent the system from being affected by harsh environmental conditions such as heavy dust, high temperature and humidity typical of desert environments.

This advanced 400A system rapidly and safely isolates battery groups from the grid in emergency situations, ensuring maximum fire and arc safety throughout the facility. Physical protection of energy storage units and their safe electrical management are brought together in a single integrated infrastructure.
