Project Details
In this project commissioned in 2019 in the Netherlands, we designed and manufactured a 48V 360kW DC Power Distribution and Management System to meet the uninterrupted 48VDC energy needs of critical infrastructures, telecommunications centers and large-scale data centers.
The system was created by integrating 3 DC power cabinets and 2 battery cabinets side by side with a custom busbar architecture to safely manage a massive power of 360kW. High current transitions between cabinets are provided by a zinc-plated dual copper busbar system ensuring maximum conductivity and corrosion resistance. Each power cabinet features a multi-shelf structure housing modular rectifier units and independent load fuses for precise feeding of facility loads.
The Intelligent Central Controller and expansion modules monitor all current, voltage and temperature parameters in the system in real time. Thanks to 1600A LVD (Low Voltage Disconnect) blocks, 1600A NH2 type protection fuses and intelligent Fuse Trip Cards, in the event of an electrical fault the faulty line is isolated within milliseconds, the rest of the system is protected and uninterrupted operation is maintained.
