The SD Series 125VDC 30A Industrial Rectifier commissioned in the United Kingdom in 2022 is an advanced solution for the critical DC power needs of the transportation sector, featuring DSP control infrastructure, two-stage diode dropper topology and an internal earth leakage detection module.

Project Details

In this project commissioned in 2022 in the United Kingdom, we designed and manufactured the SD Series 3x400VAC 50Hz / 125VDC 30A Industrial Rectifier System with an advanced power electronics architecture for the uninterrupted feeding of critical DC loads and the safe management of battery charging processes.

The system features a DSP (Digital Signal Processor) control infrastructure that prevents mechanical wear and delivers stable response within milliseconds. The Two-Stage Diode Dropper topology used at the output stage guarantees that the output voltage always remains within optimum and safe limits in both float charge and battery modes. The integrated paralleling diode also allows the system to operate in passive parallel/redundant configuration with other power blocks.

An internal Earth Leakage Detection module is integrated to protect against insulation faults, one of the greatest risks in industrial facilities. Battery life is maximized with NTC sensor-based temperature compensation. The front panel LCD display, detailed LED fault/status indicators and Modbus TCP communication port provide full integration with industrial automation systems, delivering uninterrupted, intelligent and reliable operating performance.
